Refunds are issued to your original form of payment. After the grace period, all payments except the deposit are refundable; the deposit is converted into a Future Voyage Credit (FVC) for use on another sailing within one year of the original voyage date Virgin Voyages. 119–45 days before sailing: All payments are converted into a Future Voyage Credit, valid for any voyage within one year of the original departure date.
