Guests access this page via a personalized link sent from the Participants tab in the Event Detail page.
The link looks like: /guest-docs?pid=PARTICIPANT_ID
To send the link to a guest, open any event → Participants → open a guest drawer → Travel Docs tab → "Send Request".
