Corporate Events and Fundraisers: we are a full-service event design and coordination company. We can assist you as much or as little as you would like with planning and coordination of your special event. Offering you standard package options, hourly rates or custom planning packages, we seek to achieve exactly what you need within your budget. You have choices – you can do most or all of the planning yourself or if planning your event is “not your thing” and you want someone else to take the reigns for you, we can do everything and anything in between these two options. Whether we help you plan or not, day-of-coordination is recommended so you don’t have to worry about anything on that special day; we take care of everything on-site and you just enjoy!
Do you ever find yourself distracted or unable to fully enjoy a party you are throwing because you are too busy keeping things organized or getting your guests something, they ask for? Now, imagine that on a grander scale – on one of the most important days of your life, perhaps your wedding or another important event. Even if you have done all the initial planning, we take the reigns up to a month before the big event and allow you to relax, knowing that the details are now in very capable hands. We meet with you to get an in-depth understanding of what your vision is approximately one month before and then put it into action on the big day. We do all of the back-end coordination – working with all your vendors, calling them all to make sure everything you want is in place for the big day, usually two weeks before. On the day of, we will be the ones to assist your vendors in getting everything where it needs to go, on time and just how you expected it to be. You will be relieved to have us doing all the last-minute prep for you so you can just sit back, relax, and mingle with your guests. Our clients have told us the Day-of-Coordination package is an essential, worthwhile investment because they felt a sense of calm they knew they would not have had if they were scrambling around, trying to make everything as perfect as we actually did. We want you to remember your event because you were able to be fully present, having the time of your life! Let us help you achieve that goal!
After thoroughly enjoying planning every detail of her own wedding, Melissa continues to share her passion and creativity in the events she designs and has developed an extraordinary knack for discovering elegant finds for those on a budget. She is an incredibly sensory person – she has a flair for menu design, visual arrangements, mixing complementary textures and colors, incorporating lighting effects, and helping clients choose crowd-pleasing music. She understands how to perfectly blend these elements, creating a unified event design that is in tune with what her clients have envisioned.
For over a two decades, she has effectively managed and facilitate all events while exceeding the customers’ expectations. She ensures that each Guest receives outstanding Guest Service by providing a Guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of Guest Service. As a true professional she always displays hospitality and professionalism to our guests, take pride in representing AMI. She ensures that all property safety and security procedures to always maintain a secure and safe environment for associates and guests. She has successfully maintained a favorable working relationship with all company associates to foster and promote a positive working environment.
Andrea is known for her knack for creativity - anything and everything creative. She has had the opportunity to participate in a wide range of event planning experiences. Her interest in fashion, planning and coordination, design, and the arts motivated her to work in the industry and her close attention to detail, trends, and colors helps her stay in tune with event planning. She has 10 years of experience working for large and small firms providing extensive coordinating, analytical, managing, and capturing expertise.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively, with a positive attitude, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Comprehensive understanding to perform research and collect and analyze information on opportunities aligned to the company’s services and offerings.
Extensive experience and understanding of proposal processes (including the Shipley Process), and color review stages.

She's inspired by nature, people, past creations (art, drawing, fashion, etc.), fashion bloggers, and her daily surroundings. She takes inspiration and puts it into everything she does.
Angela has always enjoyed planning and organizing events and activities and is really talented at it too! With several years of background in theater, Sonya has learned to maximize small budgets and to create beautiful scenery for a variety of events. Sonya also worked at a Denver-based entertainment newspaper on the marketing team, so she has valuable knowledge of working with many local venues and production groups. Sonya also loves to watch HGTV, DIY network, the FOOD channel and various fashion programming to keep up with the latest trends in design and entertainment. In addition to her experience with planning weddings, she also has planned department and team holiday parties and organized other corporate events.
Angela moved to Denver to attend college in 2001; she loved living in Colorado so much, she decided to stay put. She convinced her now husband to join her, and they now live in Littleton with their two goldendoodles, their son, and daughter. Sonya enjoys participating in triathlons and playing and coaching volleyball. She also spends a great deal of time in the mountains hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. Sonya and her husband also greatly enjoy fine wine and dining, and they spent their honeymoon exploring the wine country of Chile and Argentina.
